Event Participation

How can I secure a place at the event?

It’s simple. Just register online through the event page or fill out the form in the brochure and send it by email. Once we receive it, your place is confirmed.

We don’t know the delegate’s name yet. Can we still register?

Yes. Just write “TBA” instead of the delegate’s name. We’ll secure your company’s place, and you can update us with the attendee’s details up to one week before the event.

Can I attend only one day of the event?

Yes. You can either:
  • Join for one day at 70% of the fee, or
  • Share your ticket with a colleague so each of you attends one day for the price of a single pass.

Can I send a substitute if I can’t attend?

Absolutely. Substitutions are free of charge. Just let us know the new attendee’s name up to one week before the event.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations do have fees, but to protect your investment we recommend choosing a credit note instead. This voucher can be applied to any InventU event within the next 12 months.

Fees and Discounts

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. Many companies attend with multiple delegates, and we provide group packages depending on sponsor conditions. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Do I have to pay VAT?

VAT is only charged if payment comes from a Czech account or if the event is hosted in the Czech Republic. For EU participants, please include your VAT number on the registration form. VAT is reclaimable after the event — your accountant can advise further.

What’s included in the participation fee?

Everything you need for a complete experience:
  • Full access to all sessions, panels, and networking breaks
  • Online documentation package
  • Meals and refreshments (for onsite events)

Why are participation fees higher than other events?

Because we design events that bring senior-level decision-makers into the same room. That access means genuine 1:1 conversations, powerful networking, and high-value knowledge-sharing you won’t find at large generic conferences.

Is the online documentation fee included?

Yes, it’s included in your participation fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (except AMEX) are the primary method. Bank transfers are also possible if processed within 5 working days.

Sponsorship and Partnerships

Can we sponsor the event?

Yes. Simply complete the “Become a Sponsor” form on the event webpage and we’ll share the best options for you.

What’s included in a sponsorship package?

Depending on your level, packages may include speaking opportunities, panel moderation, chairing sessions, networking access, branded materials, and promotion in our campaigns.

Can we sponsor more than one event?

Of course. Many of our partners return year after year across multiple events. Long-term partnerships are where we’ve seen the greatest results.

Can we get a speaking slot?

Yes. Selected sponsor packages include speaking slots. These are highly valued because attendees are eager to hear fresh expertise and technologies.

Can we book an expo booth?

Yes. Expo booths are limited but provide an excellent way to engage participants directly, showcase your brand, and host 1:1 meetings.

Can we partner without sponsoring?

Yes. We welcome partnerships with market leaders who bring real value to our participants.

Event Logistics & Attendance

Can you provide a visa invitation letter?

Yes. If you require a visa, we’ll issue an official invitation letter to support your application.

Do you offer hotel discounts?

Yes. We work with premium hotels near our venues to secure preferential rates for participants.

What’s the dress code?

Professional. Typically a suit or business attire. Business casual is acceptable if it reflects a polished, professional image.

How many attendees will there be?

It depends on the event, but all InventU events are intentionally small and exclusive. Limited seats ensure higher-quality interactions and focused networking.

How many partners can attend an event?

Numbers vary by event, but we prioritise end-users to ensure the right balance and maximise networking opportunities for all.

Networking & Access

Will I have opportunities to network with other participants?

Always. Networking is a core part of every InventU event. We design formats and spaces specifically to encourage connections.

What’s the difference between an end-user and a vendor/consultant?

  • End-users join to gain insights, share ideas, and apply them within their organizations.
  • Vendors/consultants/solution providers join to share their offerings and connect with potential clients or partners.

Virtual Event Platform

Do I need to download special software to join online?

No. Our platform works directly in all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

Can I access the event from my office laptop?

Yes. In rare cases, firewalls may need IT approval, but our support team is always available to help.

Can I join from a different time zone?

Yes. Events are live-streamed, but please note the time zone: EU events in CET, US events in EST, APAC events in UTC+8.

Will sessions be pre-recorded?

No. All events are live-streamed to maximise interaction, networking, and real-time engagement.
